We are looking for a creative and experienced Medior UX Designer who is passionate about both user experience and user interface design to join our dynamic team. You will help shape the look, feel, and functionality of our products, ensuring they are both beautiful and highly functional.
As a Medior UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and fellow designers, to understand user needs and design solutions that are both user-friendly and aligned with business goals. You’ll be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, conducting user research, and ensuring the final product meets high standards of usability and aesthetic quality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define the user experience for new features and improvements.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
Conduct user research, such as usability testing, surveys, and interviews, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Analyze user behavior data and iterate on designs based on feedback from team members, stakeholders, and users.
Work closely with developers to ensure the final product aligns with the design vision while staying up to date with industry trends.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology & Media Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 2+ years of experience in UX design or related fields.
Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex user needs and translate them into actionable designs.
Proficiency in UX tools – such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, for creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing – to design and validate intuitive user experiences.
A strong portfolio – that showcases your UX design work and thought process, highlighting your ability to solve complex design challenges.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies – to ensure designs meet user needs and business objectives.
Strong problem-solving skills – with the ability to translate complex user needs into clear, actionable designs.
Good communication and collaboration skills – for working effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Familiarity with front-end technologies – such as HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required, to better understand how designs are implemented.
Knowledge of design systems and component libraries – to ensure consistency across products and streamline the design process.
Ability to conduct and analyze user research – to gather insights and make data-driven design decisions.
Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense – to create visually appealing, polished designs that enhance the user experience.
